SIFF’S Opening Night Gala

1 Jun

Seattle International Film Festival had their opening night gala on May 19th. The movie, Cafe Society, was viewed beforehand. This movie, directed by Woody Allen, was about a guy who unknowingly falls in love with his brother’s mistress. The film stars Jesse Eisenberg, Kristen Stewart, and Steve Carell.

I enjoyed the performance, before the movie, from the lady who has her own film coming out at the Seattle International Film Festival, called Presenting Princess Shaw. Her voice was great.

After the movie, we made our way to the Exhibition Hall, where we enjoyed dancing all night. There were plenty of appetizers and desserts to keep us going. Food was provided by Wild Ginger, Cupcake Royale, Agave Cocina & Tequila, Gnocchi Bar, Triple Door and more.
