The Palmer Dress is by Elka Collective is crafted from a premium linen viscose blend for a textured feel with soft drape. This slightly oversized fit dress features an open collar, double patch chest pockets, puff sleeves with elasticised cuff, drawstring waist and a mid-thigh skirt.
